BMT KICKBOXING

Bang Muay Thai kickboxing is a striking system steeped in legacy and tradition. It is a combination of both Dutch style kickboxing and Muay Thai kickboxing, that has been perfected in some of the top competitions in the world. Our classes are not only a good workout but teach practical and beginner striking techniques that are applicable in self-defense as well as in the ring. Class details: 55 minute class. Must wear a white/light gray shirt or current ranked shirt. Hand wraps, gloves and shin guards required. Please arrive 15 minutes early. OSU

JIU JITSU

Developed by world-renowned Walt Bayless. This ground submission technique is unlike any other. This martial art emphasizes closing the distance between you and your opponent, take-downs and ground fighting submission skills; enabling a smaller person to defeat a larger attacker through body positioning, joint manipulation, strikes and chokes. This art is for men, women and children! Class details: 90 minute class. Rash guard and/or spats recommended. Please arrive 15 minutes early.

Cardio Kickboxing

Cardio kickboxing is a group fitness class which takes place on a heavy bag that combines martial arts techniques with fast-paced cardio. This high-energy workout challenges the beginner and elite athlete alike. Build stamina, improve coordination, flexibility, and burn calories as you build lean muscle with this fun and challenging workout. Class details: 55 minute class. Hand wraps and boxing gloves required. Please arrive 15 minutes early.

MIXED MARTIAL ARTS

Mixed martial arts (MMA) is a full-contact combat sport sometimes referred to as cage fighting. It draws from a mix of other combat sports and martial arts disciplines such as wrestling, boxing, jiu jitsu, and muay thai. This is where we put it all together. This is where all your hard work from our other classes can be combined to make you a well-rounded Martial Artist. Blending all of these disciplines can be both challenging and rewarding. Class details: 55 minute class. Hand wraps, gloves and shin guards required. Please arrive 15 minutes early.

BOXING CIRCUIT

Boxing Circuit is an interval-based bag class that focuses on teaching the skills and drills needed to be sufficient in a boxing ring, combined with floor exercises needed to build the upper and lower body. This 45min class will focus on teaching boxing fundamentals and conditioning. Class details: 45 minute class. 10 rounds. Gloves and wraps required. Please arrive 15 minutes early.

Lil Ninjas

Our Lil Ninjas program has been developed to create disciplined, respectful and responsible martial artists. We incorporate both Muay Thai kickboxing and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu to help create a balanced system. The number one goal is to create a safe, supportive, positive learning environment, where our Lil Ninjas can grow and learn. We want every one of our kids to become well rounded martial artists both on and off the mats.
